Creators review a script, sources, caption, and final MP4 before authorizing TikTok. After authorization, the publisher sends the creator-approved video to the creator's TikTok draft flow for final review and posting inside TikTok.

What the app provides
Receipts and Roasts Publisher supports a repeatable review process for short-form business videos: source notes, caption review, final media review, and creator-controlled platform export.
- Business-video creators can review the prepared MP4 and caption before any TikTok upload starts.
- Creators authorize their own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit when they are ready to export.
- The TikTok Content Posting API is used for draft upload, so the creator completes final edits and posting inside TikTok.
TikTok data and permissions
Receipts and Roasts Publisher requests only the TikTok access needed for the creator-approved draft upload flow.
- user.info.basic confirms which TikTok creator account authorized the workflow.
- video.upload sends the reviewed video to the authorized creator's TikTok draft flow.
- The app does not sell TikTok user data and does not publish public TikTok posts without creator control.
Reviewer note
The app name used here, on the policy pages, and on the TikTok authorization callback page is Receipts and Roasts Publisher. The workspace is built and operated by BrightOps, which owns the brightops.io domain; this site is hosted on its dedicated subdomain, receipts.brightops.io. See About.
The Login with TikTok button on this site runs the TikTok sandbox authorization flow (as TikTok requires for apps under review). The workflow it demonstrates — creator consent → draft upload → TikTok inbox — is identical to the production flow after approval. The full end-to-end flow is shown in the attached demo video.
